I KNOW God has called me to be a prophetess, because He spoke to me through Luke 1:15 and Jeremiah 1:5 as well as several other scriptures, which I will not list here. But I was always confused, like: "Why are you entrusting ME with this? Why did you pick ME for this? What is it about me, that caused you to pick me instead of somebody who can do that way better?" God anoints those whom He chooses to anoint. Men, women, Jew or Gentile, there is no difference in Christ. If God's anointing is on a particular servant, you had better beware of speaking evil of that servant. However, if that servant gets into sin, there are scriptural ways to deal with that. It's God's anointing we're talking about.

20:05 What Kathryn Krick just said is so important for me. It has answered a question I was having for a loong time. A few years ago my brother got a book as a birthday gift where the second main role is played by a wizard. My parents tolerate it, but only because it's from his best friend. My parents are [still] Christians, yet my brother has hidden that book so well in his shelf behind his bed that my parents will never find it and I'm not a person running down someone to somebody else. In my head I know I should pray for them all but I don't know how to do that.

Paul, in all of his letters, was addressing certain issues in specific areas, yet we apply what he said today. What Paul was saying in 1 Tim. 2 was that women should not have spiritual authority over men, like in a discipleship relation, teaching them. Women can prophesy, preach, testify, many things, but not disciple men. However, the older women should disciple younger women, as Paul said in Titus.

Your understanding is correct. The bible talks about the 5-fold ministry but many of them are not called by God. They're either self/man-appointed & not God-appointed. The Bible Clearly teachers in 1st Timothy: Chapter 2; that a woman is not to teach or hold authority over a man, in the Church. The reason Kathryn gives for disobeying this bible verse, is that," this was only given for a certain church, at a certain." However this same excuse could be used to discount every single one of Paul's Epistles, and also most of the New Testament. Also none of the examples she used about woman being too loud in the church as to why this Epistle was wrtiten, are backed by any Bible Verse. She just made these examples up. Please pray for discernment and wisdom concerning this matter, Brothers and Sisters. Just because a person uses all the right American Christianese phrases and terms; doesnt mean they are called of God.

Isn’t it interesting that all these “women can pastor and teach over men” don’t go into reason why Paul said they can’t? It’s in the next verse right after Paul says women need to be quiet. It’s because Adam was formed first, there’s an order to Gods perfect way of doing things. “Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet. I just prayed to God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. I asked them, is Kathryn doing your work Lord is Kathryn the Pastor of a church by your wishes Lord? I got a yes for both. If you do not have a relationship with God and the Holy Spirit you will never grow and expand in your understanding of our Creator. God is infinite and makes the impossible possible. Paul never married im fact be did not see women in the same reverence Jesus clearly saw. Paul was not a perfect man as Jesus was. He spoke during a time when it was not culturally appropriate for women to be the religious and spiritual leaders. God specifically kept Kathryn out of marriage right now. She is more surrendered to Jesus than most know. She has has offered herself as a spiritual bride to the holy one. If you speak against her you speak against the holy spirit who lives and works through her. May you see the error of your judgement for you were never given authority to judge another servant of the lord. She casts demons out in Jesus name and gives God the glory. She is a servant of the lord. If you have not asked Holy Spirit with the love of Jesus in your heart about the truth of Kathryn, then you are merely behaving like a Pharisee.

Let me tell you this. It is good to ask God for confirmations, but note, confirmations of God's Holy Spirit NEVER refer outside of Scripture and its contexts! Yes, women can prophesy, they can evangelize and have all the other gifts that men can also practice, but the ministry as pastor over the congregation? No, Paul had been very clear. This had nothing to do with the period when women were seen as lesser, Paul understood in what order God wants to see his church and not the way we want to see it.Casting out demons does not mean that Yahweh has suddenly changed his order regarding the position of the man and woman in the congregation.And as much as I appreciate her ministry (Yes, I believe the Holy Spirit uses her mightily), the piece of pastoral ministry is and remains in my view as Yahweh intended because there is no Scriptural evidence for it.

@@lion-of-judah6940 Scripture also has a great deal of context. In several scriptures Paul says I wish women not to speak I wish women not to dress in gold and pearls but instead to dress modestly. He said it is my wish, he does not say God commands. Paul says to one particular church in one particular letter that women should not hold authority over men. However the time and cultural atmosphere also prohibited women from having leadership and teaching roles. Paul is clear when he says I. If Jesus never said it, it was not a set in stone command from God. God is doing something new through Kathryn and how Pharisee like are we to cling to the words of one man's perspective about women 2000 years ago? It is clear Paul had a distrust and dislike of women because of Eve's sin. It is clear in many scriptures. Paul is not God nor is he Jesus and his opinion in that time is simply that. His opinion. He did speak the word of God but he also spoke outside of that adding his opinion to various situations.

I believe woman are supposed to lead other women and I hope that Godly women would stand up and rise to be N example of Worship and Modesty. This Gen is so perverted , we need strong women to stand up against pornographic clothing and dress and act in Modesty , however a woman is never over her husband in the household like Paul describes especially in the church. @@belenm6219 Personally I don't doubt she is a good godly lady, God is sovereign He will work through anyone, but the Biblical mandates do remain. Women are equal to men but different and as such they have different roles within the church. Personally I have seen many miracles and been have involved in many deliverances. I wouldn't want to get in a Biblical spate with you dear sister, but the Apostle Paul did lay out instruction for women that we don't have the right to ignore.

Not according to St. Matthew 12:38-45; there are certain vices that believers become addicted that leads to demon oppression but not demon possession. Former believers can be demon (devil) possessed if they completely renounces their salvation to Jesus Christ or completely backslide. This is why Jesus says that I will send another comforter, the Holy Ghost (St. John 16:7-12). Believers must be Holy Ghost filled in preventing these kinds of attacks that Apostle Krick exclaims.

I really want to believe Katheryn Krick. I just can't reconcile it with 1 Timoty 2:11-15. This passage does not seem to be targeting at a certiain context, since Paul gives the exact reason why women should not teach or exercise authority over men, and the reason had nothing to do with any historical or special context, since it goes back all the way to Adam and Eve. It seems then to me to apply for all times. I've been blessed by Katheryn Krick, for sure. But part of what I also learnt from her is childlike humility. And reading Gods word with that attitude makes it difficult for me to accept Katheryn Krick her ministry as apostle in good conscience. I've been kept safe from many religious doctrines by treating Gods word this way, as a very practical simple text, within its context. It would be hypocritical of me to not treat it the same way now in this regard I feel like in accord with my understanding of that passage, even though it's against someone who seems very aligned with the rest of my beliefs and has been a blessing. Difficult situation :/. If a brother or sister can offer advice, or receives a word to share, please do.

Good question. Apostle means "One who is sent." "So, anyone who was sent by the Lord to do something would be an apostle. But, such a liberal definition is not a sufficient answer. Biblically, an apostle was someone who was involved with Jesus and/or knew of Jesus before his crucifixion and after his crucifixion. @7:14 when I HEARD about women to be quite in the church I wasnt sure but I liked having a male priest. But then when I read that passage with the whole story, it was just telling these noisy women to be quiet and that was it lol. Like if you take it so literally its harmful. I still think as per the bible the main person you are under is a man, but women can preach too. It just took some getting used to seeing women preach. After seeing Katherine cast out demons and well actually seeing so many manifest it looks scary and really people that they need it and it is something along the lines of healing. Sure, women can teach other women and children and that is role. Man and woman are equal, but each has a distinct role. Think about it. For example, the Trinity. The Trinity is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The three persons are equal but the roles are distinct. Now the Trinity do have different functions: The Father gave the plan for salvation for sinful man, the Son, Jesus, performed the act which brought about salvation, and the Holy Spirit applies salvation and guides and sanctifies Believers, and has many other duties or functions. Thus, the Trinity = the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit and each member of the Trinity has different roles, different responsibilities, and different authority. So, each member of the Church has distinct role. Who is the head of the Church? Jesus! Who is the head of the household? Husband (man)! Do you see Jesus taking the role of the Father? Then, why would woman take a role of a leader or pastor of the Church? What are the roles? Read 1 Timothy and Titus for qualifications of leaders, pastors, deacons, etc. Remember, we are talking about the roles that God gave and ordained within the Church. However, if you want to be the President of the United States of America as a woman, by all means go for it because this position or role is not in the Church. But, when it comes to the Church, we have to follow what the Bible says and the Scriptures say. Look at Titus 1:5-6 where it says the appoint elders in every city is a blameless husband of one wife. Notice the leader has to be husband of one wife. If a leader is woman, then what does it mean woman of one wife? It did not say woman of one wife, but it says husband of one wife. Qualified Leaders/Elders/Pastors 5 For this reason I left you in Crete, that you should set in order the things that are lacking, and appoint elders in every city as I commanded you-6 if a man is blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of dissipation or insubordination.

I am sorry, I love her deliverance ministry, but just because someone is Annointed for deliverance does not mean he/she is now accurate on every other topic in the Bible: Here's some points that totally contradict what she says about women in ministry and implying that Apostle Paul was talking a "one off prophecy for a specific group of women at the time" - Jesus chose 12 male apostles. Enough said. - Deacons must be "the husband of one wife" (Paul to Timothy regarding multiple churches) - Women are not permitted to speak in the churches (multiple) Corinth churches - Women must cover their head in church, or else shave their heads because Adam came first and not Eve - And if all that was not enough, this will seal it - "women leadership was a curse from God to rebellious nations" The Bible is absolutely clear, there are specific leadership roles in the church like Pastors, Deacons and Elders that are not open to women. Roles like prophets , evangelists and teachers are open to women, and any non church related leadership role (such as judges) are open to women. So yes, women absolutely can be in ministry, but certain specific leadership church roles are reserved for men. -

How come the instructions on women to be silent in Church were ONLY written to Churches located in Greece (btw. Timothy supposedly was the leader of the Church in Ephesus)? It is because the Greek had a perverted understanding of roles caused by their specific kind of idolatry. Also. Whenever God speaks about Adam and Eve, especially the verse which instructs about head covering, he is talking about marital relationships and authority/responsibility/spiritual covering within those dynamics. This is different from roles in Church. And where for heavens sake do you read that women's leadership was a curse from God to rebellious nations? I bet you're talking about the situation where Barak (the general of Israel) is coming to Deborah (the prophet and judge of Israel) and asks her to join them in battle - and she says that a woman is going to receive the honor of leading the nation to victory through her courage (because Barak was lacking courage, I guess, or at most he just wanted the voice of God be with them in battle..) - and that would mean he'd be honored less. I have done an extensive study on the question of "women in the ministry". I have come to the conclusion that the doctrine is an invention by the insecure male 'ministers'. It goes all the way to the Old Testament commandments where it is quite clear: [a] in a full family, the man is the head of the family: his wife is submissive to him, so also his daughter; [b] a widow or a divorced woman (if there were any) is not subject to any man; she is the head of her family, including male children. The confusion in the New Testament comes from the Greek word that sounds as "gune" and applies to a "wife" rather than any other female human. In contrast to unmarried girl, the word used is what we today translate as "virgin". As Kathryn pointed out, Paul was addressing the "gune", not to chat in the church but to ask her "husband" at home. Only "gune" does have a "husband at home". The usual interpretation is that "woman should submit to man" does not make sense if applied just to any female; each woman to submit to any man? It's just plain stupid. Go Kathryn; God bless you!
