Misogyny. Hiring women for the sake of inclusivity is an awful strategy. Every job should be based on skill and not gender.

@@mr.duckie._. I don’t think that would solve the problem as during interviews you can tell whom you’re speaking too. It’s just the internal processing requirements. We’ve seen what happened with Harvard and DEI. Same with some airlines only hiring black pilots and with some disabilities which is concerning. IBM also discriminates just for the sake of inclusivity.
