Women in the Arts: Muralists

SF Conversation Series: Public webinar on March 22, 2023, to discuss enjoy and discuss the art of women muralists. Artist Lucia Gonzalez Ippolito will share her work as a contemporary muralist, which includes cultural and political themes of today. Historian Richard Rothman will examine the works of Helen Forbes and Dorothy Pucinelli dating from 1938, produced during the Works Progress Administration at the Mother’s Building in the San Francisco Zoo.
