Women in the Events Industry, Happy Intl Women's Day

This year’s International Women’s Day theme is ‘Inspire Inclusion’ and I think that this is particularly pertinent to us at Eclipse. Whilst the overall events industry has a significant bias towards women (around 75% of staff are female) technical production is, and always has been, very male-oriented.
