@@striperking6083 - yes, it was the angle of the camera that's the problem. Right after 2:06, at 2:07 is when we see perpendicular for a moment and can see the pack are all within inches of each other. But I believe Abby is just barely ahead of Brittany in lane 3 & Jenna in 4. After 2:07 the angle is changing, and it appears Brittany gets ahead. But in reality they're running neck & neck & essentially tied coming across the finish line. Doesn't look like anyone slowed down until after the finish. Great run by Sydney.

You do realize that when doing 200m doing 400 sets are important for strength training.Bolt was a 400m runner before 200m.

I do too. Probably why they want to run 400mh again so she can smash the WR again to a place that is untouchable I keep reading that Bol is running low 50 in practice and I think, we’ll it’s probably not enough for gold

Fantastic Sydney. I wish you luck at the Olympics. Iam a Femke bol fan .But Sydney is marvelous. May the best win the 400 m. Both woman are worldclass. I was skeptical too. Slow it down to 25% and watch just before and after the finish line. The camera angle is deceiving. Watch the foot falls at the finish line.

Impressed? Yes. Surprised? No. Elite 400m runners are capable of running sub 22 second 200s. Look at Shaunae. When she ran the 200 against elite company, she was expected to do well.

OK, I froze the frame and yes, Abby was 2 when you see the finish line on the ground. The camera angle was very deceiving. Mystery solved.

Glad for Sydney, she deserves it. Sure would like to know who is in charge of "LANE-PLACEMENT". WHO ever placed ABBY in lane 7 is a total creep. Abby likes to chase, "FROM THE GITGO"!! Right next to Leverone would have made for better times, "FOR BOTH"!!! THE OLYMPICS WILL BE EXCITING THIS YEAR! HOPEFULLY, injuries will be non- existent this year.
