As for Angelina Topic, someone needs to instruct her to balance her hips as she crosses the bar. He Dad/Coach is not willing to critic his daughter, even though it is in her interest to do so. If Angelina Topic ever wants to be Ranked #1 in the world, it will never happen as long as she jumps with her current form. The longer she persists, the harder it will be to overcome this obstacle. There are too many other competitors that have better form who will win the Gold medals.

у нее скоростной прыжок, посмотрите как она бежит, ей самое главное попасть в отталкивание, полностью менять ее беговой прыжок уйдет много времени, природа дала ей это движение и она вполне хорошо его реализовывает, дело не в бедрах, а в попадании в отталкивание и как она придет на него. Мб если она поднимает бедро выше у нее проваливается таз, из-за этого если присмотреться она когда бежит выхлестывает голени толкая таз, думаю именно из-за этого ее Отец и ставил ей технику.

@@anzezzz6668 If you closely watch high jumpers, the ONE area of the body that causes the bar to fall is the hip. This is the reason for 95% of the time. Even those high jumpers with excellent form still cause the bar to fall, but this is because they are at their maximum height. Angelina compensates for her poor form by having an above average launch. However, she will never fully benefit from that launch due to her poor form. As you said, "completely changing her running jump will take a lot of time." This WHY she should have been told many years ago...

@@asaine я думаю пока они работали с отцом, за счет чего прибавляли результат над тем и работали, ей всего 19 лет, так что работы там еще много,, в будущем увидим, надеюсь, учитывая, что она скоростной прыгун, реализовать будет проще, чем если бы она прыгала силовым прыжком. Она очень хорошо попадает себя, единственная проблема это успеть включить все звенья, если присмотритесь она прыгает в руку будто вытягиваясь в нее, и маховая нога в большинстве случаев перестает работать, в следствии чего и выключается таз и она просто ложится на нее сверху или вообще сбивает улетая вперед. Но если присмотреться у нее тейпы на ахилле, травмы при таком стиле прыжка всегда бьют в стопу или ахилл, так что вполне вероятно, что она просто боится приложится больше усилий потому что может порваться.

@ In my 10 years of watching women's high jump, there is ONE person who has the best form... Her name is Yuliya Levchenko. She is a 2.02m jumper. While there are other jumper with a better PB, no one compares to Yuliya Levchenko's form. Form alone will not make you #1. However, if you have poor form, you will never be #1.

@@asaine согласен, в свое время Левченко прыгала хорошо, потом если не ошибаюсь травмировалась и не восстановилась в итоге, очень жаль, прыжок у нее по всем стандартам советской школы
