Thank you for pushing through to create this video because my heart was so heavy this morning..after hearing that story again, it really encouraged me.. My husband isn't a Christian and I knew all this before we got married. These thoughts would come to me about the future/afterlife and it would ache my heart..as my husband is a firm shaman follower.. but I believe Jesus can do anything and he has been faithful in my life.. the story about the paralyzed man really encouraged me and has given me hope that if I continue to pray for him and his family, they can come to know Jesus as long as I continue to show my faith and actions to him..continue to serve in my church. This was so encouraging and I took notes in my journal on the next blank page but it has little quotes on each page. When I was done writing I noticed the quote says “do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail”. Yes! Every year at this time I feel the heaviness of the day to day and wonder if I’m doing anything right or truly teaching my boys in a way God wants (I homeschool my two boys and I’m a pediatric RN). Pushing through to God’s promises is the reason and motivation, thank you for this timely reminder! And if I could give you encouragement... my husband started a KZbin channel just over year ago. So when you spoke of the struggles and resistance I totally get you! These videos are more work than most can imagine, especially when the unexpected creeps up. The enemy fears and hates those of us who speak truth and Gods word, so he will continue to try to sway our paths. But let knowing the enemy fears you encourage you! He fears you because you are on the path Jesus wants for you; and you are sending out his message in a loving, fun, welcoming environment. Keep pushing through!! These videos have been a blessing to me and I am thankful for the space you have created on KZbin. Prayers for strength to keep pushing through! 💕

TY Makenna I'm texting the friends I whine to when times get tough and asking them to just remind me they know I'm strong enough to push thru this and they are believing in me and praying for me. I think ultimately that's what we need from our friends and family. They don't have to fix what is wrong God will do that, we just need to pray and believe together.

I really related to what you said about coming across so much resistance whenever you film a KZbin video. About 2 years ago I felt God was calling me to KZbin, but when I filmed my first (and only) video, everything went wrong. It was the most frustrating experience and really discouraged me. I tried to find the drive to try again, but really struggled and eventually just left the social media space altogether. I was finishing up school so that was my main distraction, but now that I am graduating, I'm realizing I'm feeling anxious without having a goal/purpose. I'm slowly starting to come back to having a presence on social media and God is really showing me that this is where He wants me to be. There are certain individuals I know that He wants to influence and I'm sure there's plenty of others that I don't even know about! I'm really encouraged by this message. Keep on keeping on sister!!

I am so sorry you recently went through a breakup, that is so so hard. 😔 I remember going through breakups and at some times feeling like nothing would ever come that was better. I just want to encourage you - that as painful as the breakup is, it is best it ended when it did instead of causing even greater pain later on. When the right one does come, it will make up for every pain and every tear cried! & until then, there is so much life to be lived and God is with you every step of the way. Thank you for this 💓 I am going to my future mother-in-law's church tomorrow for Easter where I grew up at too. I always felt left out and ostracized for being unlike everyone else growing up and it's been ten years since my family and I left that church and I am finally confident in who I am and what I am about. So going back feels challenging because of how I felt growing up. But I have to learn to forgive them for making me feel that way and I must also do that to step into the blessing of God. So I believe that your devotional was a literal answer to my prayers. I don't I want to go tomorrow with her and my fiancé and feel blocked by those people but rather that I feel moved and touched by the word of God.

Ironically I feel like what you are "offering" is hard to find. I really needed, a short, and to the point devotional that I could jump on when I have time, and get to the meat of the word, and walk away feeling armored with scripture. I have two kids, two dogs, I'm a fitness instructor, and my husband is in surgical residency. I am always running. I have put off daily, or lets be honest, every couple of days devotionals, because I couldn't get focused quick enough, and would lose interest too quickly thinking about other chores i needed to be doing. I DON"T feel that way with your devotions. Thanks so much for persevering and making this calling of yours happen!
