Yes, Naro, to attain the soft life is not easy, but its its niceness. Self care is vital I go to have a spa day 2 times weekly and acupuncture 2 times weakly too, sit in the sauna room, get a massage, gey a pedi & mani, ..... i styled my own natural hair unless its an even where a certain hair dress will enhance my attire. But men needs to do a self care regimen and routine to help maintaining
