This is such an important msg for a lot females. Thanks to you, me at 41 do not dye my hair, don't wear any makeup 98% of the time. I have 1 pair of heals that I haven't worn in 4 years. I live in running shoes, leggings and sweats. Hearing this from you today just made me that much more confident that I can be me unapologetically. I love how some ppl look at me with that face that says I've given up on myself but little do they know that I've just started living after I turned 40. I've never felt good decking out even when I was a teen or a young adult and love that I have nothing to prove. Thank you Universe for Dr Shefali

Absolutely! I embrace me because I am so much more than the way my face looks with or without makeup 💄 I grew up insecure with an insecure mother figure who pushed "looking your best all the time" and sadly never accepted my inner and outer beauty. I do love color and can play with makeup; whether I wear it outside is my choice. We ladies are so beautifully diverse and can support each other to love ourselves like you do Dr. Thank you ❤️

Completely agree with you Dr. Shefali. I don't like to do make up every day, just stay the way you are. When I do makeup I always feel that that there are many layers.. which is hiding my true personality. I feel more confident without makeup.. it reflects the Real You. I cannot go out without makeup. At least some. Lately I have been going out without concealer, just a little blush and eyebrows, getting used to being more natural and facing the world just as I am but people would tell me ohh you look tired, are you ok ??… People don’t leave you in peace.

Dr.Shefali , you look picture perfect in your public appearances . It would be so reassuring if you could practice the same during public appearances as well. There seems to be good justification that we need to dress up in certain ways when it comes to work . Otherwise we would not be received well or will fail to make an first impression.

Thank you so much ma'am for your courageous words I'm inspired. I have recently started or tried to go out without makeup, it was a hell of awkward, and uncomfortable I felt like for a few days thinking without I look ugly. Even my people around said "you look so dull put some blush or eyeliner at least why did you stop using make-up? So many questions but the point was I wanted to challenge myself to do something odd and as you said also I was tired of the mask on my face kinda so I stopped❣
