鶏もも肉は柔らかくおいしいですよね。鶏を食するのが一番いいと思いますね。私は、鶏むね肉をメインに食してますが高たんぱく質で低カロリー。炒めた際にお酢を少し垂らしてもおいしいですよ。 美味しく食べる姿は見ていても気持ちがいいですが、しっかりとカロリー計算もされるべし。ほんと、野菜が少なすぎますね。食育は重要ですよ。

Please don’t be embarrassed without makeup. You’re beautiful anyway. To keep bugs out, you may be able to get some screens with magnets to cover both doorways so you have lots of airflow with both doors open. That shouldn’t be expensive.
