I, too, have the pain and loneliness, since the passing of my dear husband. I haven't really shared a lot with others, because many don't understand and think you should 'move on' I can relate when Kathy Lee said, if I don't have a purpose lord take me home. I have felt that way, often. I pray for her, for her sister, and the many whom feel the loneliness, that comes with being a widow.

I've seen this time and time again. When younger women marry much older men and they die while the wife is still relatively young. This happened to my uncle's wife. She was only 49 when he died of cancer aged 61 I believe. Women don't do that to yourself. Why not move in with her children? Although it is nice to have your own place.

I was a single Mom raising my two youngest children alone after a 24 year marriage ending in divorce. We weren’t young! God allowed us to have a 13 year marriage before his death. Yesterday was 18 years since he died. If I had it to do over again I would without any reservations. Every situation isn’t the same so it can’t be the same ‘right choice’ for everyone

I think she’s an extrovert who loves being around people. If she really is lonely, maybe volunteer to help others or she could easily get a husband if she was looking in right places. I don’t think she would want to move in with her kids.

Oh my I know what she went through I also had pain for 3 or 4 years and I wanted to just be healed. I finally went to the hip doctor thinking it was my back but it was both of my hips, I had no cartilage left and both hips had 2 bone spurs. I had both hips replaced a few weeks apart and I’m so grateful to God. I was already in deep pain from my son killing himself a few years ago and that happening brought me back to church and closer to God than I ever felt in my life. I’ve been a Christian ever since I was a teenager many years ago and all I can say is thank you Jesus for dying on the cross for me and thank you for healing me and giving me joy even when it’s hard to be joyful at times.

I know suffering especially of the bones, joints, many surgeries and not many people to stand by me while going through it. Sickness, disease, injuries and conditions can make you isolated from being interactive in society and that makes you feel not only alone but abnormal. Lean on God and He will give you some peace and stillness! One of the things that happens is you see who really loves you and will be there for you! It can hurt because people you would do anything to help them in the same situation isn't there for you like they should. We can't make people treat us like God tells them to do. Pray for them! Keep God the center and most important thing in your life. Pray they will start doing the same thing for real and see the error of their ways but if they don't know God has you!

Matthew 5:8 is one of my favorites and the very first verse I ever learned as a child.."Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God." I hope I get to meet you walking through the gate on the narrow road that leds to everlasting life. We don't have to wait to be gven that then though..When we accept Jesus truly as our Lord and Saviour and live following Him daily we were given the gift of eternal life already! We need to live that way though! This life is flying by...I still have dreams I want to happen as well as accomplish..mainly not for me but so the Lord will be proud of me! My dreams are according to His will I believe but I also think that doesn't necessarily mean He agrees with me it shall be my destiny. He has a plan for both of our lives and I pray we will be truly blessed by His Will for our lives and be happier in ways we never have been before! I’ve had Fibromyalgia since I was in my twenties. I’m almost 70. I had to go on disability after working most of my life. The pain was awful; the more I hurt, the more I couldn’t sleep. The more I couldn’t sleep, the more I hurt. I went every week for therapy by a massage therapist, trained in Fibromyalgia, for 3 years before I had to quit work. She did deep tissue massage. Yes it hurt, she found kinks in my body that I didn’t even know I had. My back was like a piece of wood, the worst she’d ever seen. It helped my pain so much! I rarely have pain or headaches anymore. I take 50 mg of Trazodone every night before I go to bed. If you don’t sleep in a deep sleep, your body does heal your muscles. Hope this helps you

Kathie Lee I so appreciate how God has used you in so many ways, and glad I got to know that side of you. Prayers for all your needs, emotional and physical. i have only had one healthy year since I was 35 years old and am now 69. I have pushed myself for so many years. Pain, severe fatigue, muscle stiffness and spasms, a plethora of symptoms while still trying to care for my adult son with special needs. I used to attend a good church but can not anymore. I look other places now to feed my soul. You help with that. When things get really hard , which is often, I try to remember God is in control and he is allowing this thing in me. I also imagine Jesus asking me Am I worthi it? Am I worth your trials? I always have to answer yes and carry on I have wished otherwise sometimes. Prayers appreciated. Carry on Kathie.

I hope you do a documentary on suffering through things & that God is always with us! So many people suffer quietly & need help from others because they are afraid people won’t care. I’ve suffered high levels of pain from many conditions & diseases for 35 years! Over the years everything was added on until it’s so overwhelming. But I do know God is with me & when I call on Him to help me He will & He does! I had an absolutely horrible day of pain today & ended up crying all day. God did finally answer my prayers!!
