23:34 -- I would argue that Murekatete should be suspended for the rest of the season but I think first WSU needs to investigate if she is still suffering from concussion from hitting her head hard on the court three weeks ago vs Arizona. Concussions can last weeks if not properly treated. Of symptoms a concussion can cause is change in person's behavior so that they become uncharacteristically grumpy, aggressive, and/or violent. Blueberries, cbd, thc, dark chocolate and other natural anti-inflammatories need no prescription and do not make you dizzy or nauseous or damage vital organs or cause ulcers. If she isn't suffering from concussion still, then she assaulted Brink. That kind of elbow is not part of the game and cannot be allowed. Did you know if you hit someone hard enough at the right spot on the chest, you can make the heart stop beating?
