Governor Adeleke can't dethrone any king until his people rally round and petition the king to the governor then the governor will set the committee that will investigate the petition. If the king is found guilty then the governor can depose him as recommended by the committee who investigated the town petition. Governor Adeleke can warn him and he has been doing that on several occasions.
