At the cutting process if the wheelbarrow was there he could fill that with the cut pieces instead of throwing them on the floor only to have to pick them up later which would save time and labor

I don't understand why they like to work sitting on the floor. They have enough space to place the machines in a row so that the pieces do not have to be thrown on the floor and then only the best ones can be picked up.
