I love the hook kick. I try to throw at least one every round I spar. I’m definitely going to try the open/closed door hook kick. That is gold! Us old guys learned the universal chamber from Superfoot back in the 70s and 80s. It’s nice to see a new generation keeping it alive. Nice work Trent!

@se7ensavage7072 жыл бұрын
@@avuyile7666 Hey man, I'm not familiar with Durbz! But I can tell you that you should expect to pay anywhere between 500 - 900 per month in fees. But it's an investment in yourself so make it happen. Also, I'd suggest making sure it's not too much trouble for you to travel there, don't pick a gym that's too far away (if you can help it) Then, I'd suggest trying the gyms on your shortlist's trial lessons, should be 1 week or 2 lessons available for you to do for free. From there, you can decide which gym is a good fit for you. I prefer training with warriors, other people prefer training with animals.

Hey WB, I think an interesting video tutorial idea is some advance footwork, and strikes to use from certain positions and distance! That way, you can make videos about certain footwork, then go into more details about the strikes and other possible strikes in like a "sequel" video.

My son still loves the Spence’s, but Bailey is like super sayan, never seen anything like it.

How am i supposed to do the thing everybody says on hook kicks and spinning hook kicks; "Shift your hips" or "Shift your legs" where you have to move your legs without bending your knees. I can shift my legs without trying to kick, but when im trying to do the kick i can only extend and retract my leg.

Are heel kicks supposed to hurt so bad? Maybe my feet aren't conditioned enough, but whenever I throw a hook/wheel kick at a heavy bag, it hurts tremendously. Am I just using the wrong part of the heel?
@joeblow98912 жыл бұрын
As point fighting isn't very powerful way to fight, take these tips, add them to a spin and you got a very powerful spinning hook kick, to the body or head. But you have to master it to use it accordingly into a real fight(including a cage fight indeed). Good stuff, last tip will be nice to practice, thanks, Kid has good potential ! \m/
