How were you able to use a wagon at the Disney parks? They don't permit wagons anymore

How old are ur kids? I saw one had to have legs open. I was wondering if that would work for my soon to be 5-year-old twins. I dont think they'll have enuff leg room. I have the Lux 4 but wanted to 2 for travel (flying)
