Just those 2lt plastic bottles with the 6mm dril holes in em pal.... I add some comphrey liquid feed in to the water once a week when the first flowers show and carry on.

I am new to growing veg but I am trying to grow broccoli and cauliflower but they are growing really slowly been in the grown 4week still very small any tips

Nettle tea if they are weak. Water at night if its hot and make sure the soil is not acidic pal... add some chalk or lime and water around the base of the stems .
