Oh my, nice back! Another great video. I haven't been to Portugal for an age. Years! When I was last there,, there was plenty of spots to park up freely. Even in Algarve, especially in Alentejo which I preferred as it was a lot greener. Such a lovely and mostly unspoilt country still.

Get some little cameras set up that point out the windows that record any movement. Not sure what dash cams can do that when the van is switched off. In the process of setting cameras up at home due to a few problems. Take care 😀👍

Yes , agreed that a dashcam or two would be a great idea. You can view the live stream from them on a tablet or phone via their app . Easy enough to power from the powerbank too as they only use a tiny amount of power. You can buy a 2 camera setup (front and rear cameras) and see footage from both cameras 👍 Great video once again 👍

Hello Josie! Usually there’s a filling station attached to an Intermarche or an Auchan. Diesel is usually around 10cts per litre cheaper than the usual filling stations. I’m pleased you’re enjoying Portugal. I spend all winter here for the reasons you’re discovering. Another great video.

The Algarve has no attraction for me except the coastal scenery. I adore the Alentajo. Not the place for those wanting to go clubbing or window shopping, but it’s beautiful and the people might be poor but have open hearts.

You are in the central interior of Portugal. In those areas there is not much going on. You can consider moving on more next to the coast.

Portugal is a beautiful country the Winters are warmer than most European countries, good choice. Your van looks so comfortable and pretty. This has definitively become one of my fave channels. Always follow your gut instincts re. safety concerns, etc...
