The eye twitching could be stress related. I get an eye twitch every once in a while. When it first started, I spoke to my doctor and he said that it was stress related. You’ve got a lot going on right now with the move, the whole visa process, work, family, so your eye twitching very well could be stress related.

Eye twitching can be any number of things... Dehydration, stress, abnormal cortisol levels, lack of magnesium or potassium. The best thing to do is hydrate and try to sleep better. I dealt with chronic eye twitching for years. It's rather annoying

I something similar to vertigo and it causes me to have balance issues. I have fallen twice. Thankfully it was at home. But I worry about falling at work going up or down stairs. But I hope the passenger is ok

Sorry to hear that you got sick. I had a sinus headache on my last trip. It felt like it was right behind my eyes. I got some Alka Seltzer Plus Sinus Congestion and pain maximum strength, took a couple of those and the next day, i felt 100 percent better. I don't know if you have tried that, but it worked for me. Just an idea to maybe help you out

Eye twitching with headaches can be a sign of low calcium as well. I'm not only a EMT but have experienced low calcium many times.

I’m wondering how to get enough calcium in one’s daily diet? It seems almost impossible to get the recommended daily dose. And I have heard supplementing calcium with tablets is not the best idea.

Eye twitching is stress. when your working on things your keeping, selling, etc. I bet that's when your eye twitches. when you think of the Visa I bet your eye twitches.
