For me eating on schedule is very important. I used to feel lightheaded all the time.I have to eat breakfast lunch dinner amd some healthy snack in between even tho I am not feelimg hungry I grab something.

Adrenal fatigue! Try balancing carbs better! That helped me but an adrenal crash will send me into a sickness like that for a week!
