When his ex-wife was pregnant the then mistress, now wife, spread the rumor that the baby wasn't his. The stipulation for divorcing him was she didn't want anything but he had to give up custody of the baby. He agreed. He divorced her and did zero to help her while she was pregnant. The one who helped her was her new husband. The ex mother-in-law is a piece of work too. She was like a pig in sh!t when he remarried a younger woman. They didn't care about the baby until the new wife took the baby's hair for DNA testing when the baby was several months old. Then all of a sudden ex and his obnoxious clingy mama fell in love with his son. BTW, new wife is barren so he can't have children with her. In the US the ex-wife would have a strong case for custody. Also, in the US a parent has to give up custody legally. The 'father' aka sperm donor, has zero moral compass and so does that evil mother of his. Any reasonable judge could see that the ex-husband is not fit to raise the baby. Visitation is okay but he and his mother should not have custody. He knew the ex-wife for 34 years. They went to school together but he and his mother still believed the mistress. 😑
