For anyone wondering about the Loot Luck dropping and Rising on log outs or Chaos Level changes. It is a visual bug only. It does not affect your drop chances at all. This has already been confirmed by a few different people through testing.

i know it 1 year old but peg leg is OP with tediore guns the 40% reload speed should be taken in account as attack or throw speed if you will makes bladestorm tediore MELT bosses

So I have 0 clue as to why but my graveborn has 3.33 from loot dice despite the fact that it only has around 130 of the dice collected. I think it glitched due to the fact that when you log into an area that you've already got the dice the dice respawn. When I first noticed this I was like what the hell and just got a few of the ones I had already gotten. This happened maybe 5 times and I got like 10 dice this way but none of the times did it add to my loot dice multiplier. Wasnt until i played on my spore warden who has 196 that i realized his loot dice multiplier was still significantly lower than my graveborn for some reason. It's the only think I can think even though it showed no change at the time I got the "extra" dice

This guy kody is one of the most entertaining and most dedicated streamer I know right now definitely dedicated too, He really killed every single boss 100 TIMES just so he could get the numbers and stats for how many legendary they drop, for us( the players) could know and find out who we want to farm for what!! K6 did 100 farms of Lechance without worrying about the multiplier, just saved & quit, his results were similar to yours. Edit: he did 100 runs of Zomboss.

Hammer is a world drop I've gotten it from a chest and q world boss can't remember which one I think it was the fish troll guy in queens gate

Unfortunately, LeChance won't respawn for me. I've tried dozens of times on two different characters, and he never residents after the initial story fight.

I assume you have tried this, but I figured I would ask anyways. Have you progressed past the next story mission into the Drowning Abyss yet? You have to complete the first mission in the next zone for him to begin respawning.

@@SanicGottaGoFast probably pc players with mods and cross play. You even got them on the first borderlands game years ago! I picked up a rocket launcher that would fire 100 shots before stopping and nearly crashed the Xbox everytime in borderlands 1 🤣

I don't think Hammer and Anvil is dedicated. There's another shield that I see him drop more often. I also see more drops on him than what you were getting. If I farm him 100 times, I probably have close to 100 legendary gear. They don't drop every time, but maybe 1-2 out of 5 will be a double drop, and most runs have at least 1.
