Considering there were like, so many people surrounding her, yelling at her to draw them, As well as yelling that they'll pay her to draw them while she's currently drawing someone. She was most likely just super overwhelmed with how many people are around her while yelling at her to draw them Yeah, While it's sad he didn't get a drawing after waiting so long, the overwhelming amount of people wanting her to draw them makes it hard for her and any artist in general to get to drawing someone else without at least someone else getting upset with them not getting drawn! With that, No matter if she did end up drawing him, someone would still be upset for not getting drawn when they were also waiting as well

I also found a very funny thing, at 10:11 i found out that the person number 3's drawing has 6 fingers in the left hand, but it still manages to look normal, wich is very goofy. By the way, *i love the candy suit* Edit: I think that the 6 finger thing is good because people normally draw 4 or 5 fingers and they look normal, BUT DRAWING 6 AND MAKING IT LOOK NORMAL? I have never tried, but just because knowing im bad at fingers i know it would be very hard for me doing that, congratulations.
