My favourite is Hallstatt which I've visited 4 times. The most memorable was in 2006 when I stayed for 3 nights and chanced upon a wedding near the square. The guests were donned in traditional Austrian costumes.

There is absolutely no picture of Italy here. The thumbnail picture is of the Austrian mountain Schafberg, on the border of two Austrian states of Salzburg and Oberösterreich. Never again post when your facts are not 100% right. Check and recheck before you hit that button.
