Lijepo je vidjeti I cuti o nasoj lijepoj domovini. Trenutno Sam veoma daleko od mog rodnog Sarajevo. Tesko je I govoriti o tome jer sam ga zadnji put vidjela prije olimpijade. Velika zelja da vidim Sarajevo opet je neostvarljiva . Nikoga nemam vise u Sarajevo....otac ubijen u ratu ostali su poumirali , a ja sama u dalekoj Americi. Da imam sina ali on ima veliki fa mily I brigu o njima , ovdje u Florida . Cerka u Belgium....rat nas je rasuo PO svijetu I dao nam tugu veliku. Pozdravljam VAS iz tople Floride . Bog VAS blagoslovio. 🙏

So are the people from everything I've read. Hardworking and generous. I've yet to read a negative review from people who've gone there. Maybe some exist but I haven't seen them. I've seen negative experiences about Croatia, Serbia, and Albania but not Bosnia. I'm seriously considering going after I'm done with being a caregiver and after I get my life back in action. Sarajevo is high on my must see list.

@@jaleach123 Bosnian here. When it comes to guests and visitors, 99.9% of the time you'll be treated like their, or should I say our own family and it goes very very deep. For example, even when friends visit each other here, we always treat each other like family, but when it comes to our own everyday strangers, oh boy... not most, but an unignorable amount of petty people here can become hostile to their own for no real reason. really unexplainable why it is that way. Anyways, you won't regret visiting, there's so many places to see on such small area, i personally am amazed how much i haven't seen in my own country.

Bosnia is just a region . The northern part of the Federation, there isn't Bosnia within Republika Srpska (4 regions - Krajina, Semberija, Romanija and Herzegovina).

I'm from the southern-most city of B&H calles Trebinje. Whoever visited or visits Trebinje, that person falls in love instantly. The climate, the nature, the cleanes air in Balkans... Trebinje has it all ! Even tho it isn't the biggest city in country ( About 35 000 - 40 000 ppl ), definitely the prettiest small city in whole Balkans.

Yes, it looks like a chicken coop from Bavarian landlord. When you compare Bosnian caste with English or German castle's you can realize that nobody important ever live there. U taj vehabistan ni živ ni mrtav, moj babo otišo iz Bosne sa 15 godina, čim je mogao. I to za vrijema Jugoslavije, ne zbog financijskih razloga nego zbog stoke koja tamo živi.

It does, it is simply called Bosnian language, wasn't allowed to have its official name in the previous regime under Yugoslavia. It has its own roots but shares quite a bit of the vocabulary with many other Slavic languages with the influence of Ottoman/Germanic/Latin based languages.
