Sri Lankan cinnamon has the least percentage of Coumarin content in the world. However, many other cinnamon varieties in the world have around 5% of coumarin. Coumarin is considered as a cancer causing substance.

Hi ‘best place to go’ This is the answer for you: Sri Lanka is a small island but you can enjoy the three climate everyday in different parts of the country as the mountain areas are cold, some parts are changing weather and beaches are in warm areas. Portuguese, Dutch and British colonized for more than 500 years so that you could see the culture that you don’t see in any other South Asian countries. Fresh fish and delicious food. Most beautiful train rides. American schools and other missionary institutions. All make enjoyable.

This little island is home to the highest density of waterfalls in the world and highest density of leopards. You can reach from golden-sand beaches to tea growing hill country within ours. So much cultural things to dive in and the cuisine is one of the best in the world. Not only Cinnamon but it is best for black papper, cardamom and a bunch of other spices as well.
