I haven't found anyone addressing the issue i'm having. I track my young sons iphone. it used to work very well. now i sometimes get no location found but even when i do find it, it may not be the most recent location. example, if he were in a car i could see him traveling down the road. now it just shows the last location. i have to close the app and open it to see the new location. but it's always stuck or fixed in one spot.

Delete the contact, then go into the app and tap on the location icon and wait there for a couple minutes (4) close the app and come back after 5 minutes, repeat this process 3 times the most and it will be there. Once you get his live location back then you name his contact again.

I just got the same problem! Have worked perfect until a couple days ago. Now it gets stuck on one location and stays there. Even though he’s somewhere else. Tried just about everything and still not working.

If the live location isn’t working, close the location app, delete the contact then go to the app and tap on the persons icon and wait there for like 4 minutes, close the app and come back after 5 minutes tap on it and wait 4 minutes. Repeat this process 2 or 3 times and you’ll get the location back. Once you get it back you can name the contact again and wait a couple minutes before going into the app.

So what does it mean when someone’s sharing there location but it’s not marking as live? And when they move around it won’t give you there accurate location after 2-3 mins later it’s just says NOW.
