He turns Wonderwall into Cortez the Killer. The effect is astonishing, utterly brilliant, truly emotional. Thankyou Ryan wherever u are, RIP Spacewolf and Neal

This is probably one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard. Ryan Adams, you're a god.

Lifelong Oasis fan here...I think this is brilliant. So did Noel, since he incorporated it into his own

@cisseshairdresser Frankenstein 70's strat neck, japanese body, Fender Princeton Reverb. He has a slew of pedals, but this sounds like just his strat through that amp with the volume cranked. It has amazing natural breakup. The later part is probably one of his mysterious custom made drive pedals. I totally agree through Ryan Adams is a tone god. Tried to mimic his tone from a number of different songs and its always so different.

celticcrimson - not at all, i remember that he stood back and said, "be my guest", basically letting them finish before he carried on, and at one point said, "hey, we're just out here playin our fucking heart out up here and you're trying to ruin it". i think mostly he was a bit sarcastic to them in a lighthearted way.

pkitty2219 dude, why don't you start talking/singing if it's that easy? This is a piece of artistic expression and it takes a lot more courage to get on stage and perform a rendition this heart felt than it does to leave an insulting comment on youtube.
