so if people claim only pobs do they still pay the same amount for ems as a person who bought an album would pay?

It depends! I know some GOMs do that (which is fair since it’s not like kpop stores offer a POB only option meaning GOMs are still buying an album for every POB only - and these initial payments are usually lower for this option). Usually I’ll have the purchaser cover some of the EMS but since they’re not getting an album I can make it cheaper because I normally re-sell the album or at least the pulls to make some of the money back I lost (which isn’t me profiting at all, it’s just repaying myself for the extra fees I paid for the POB only person). Also their domestic is much cheaper since it’s just a stamped letter as well

Okay, I've been trying to do my own go's for a while, and now that I'm thinking about it, because I'm still new to the whole go and Claims, I'd have to buy albums first, right?? I've tried promoting for them like every single day, I've tried a certain set amount for each member, all member pobs, but I have only had a few people join and then I'd feel super discouraged akjdjd (I low-key hate how my mind works 😅) I think if I did do a successful go, this would be a good video for me to go back to, you explain your process pretty well
