Wonho is extremely talented and is such a hard worker. His confidence is beautiful, yet he’s also so humble. He was in Monsta X, but left when he was being falsely accused of something last year so he’s only a solo artist right now. He’s really proud of what he’s managed to accomplish on his own. Please check out his song “Losing You” that came out before this. It’s a ballad and a slower, softer song that really shows off his vocals nicely. They’re both on his debut album Love Synonym which is absolutely beautiful and you should also check that out! And yes he’s super muscular, it’s actually been a gradual change in his career, he didn’t start off like this as an idol, he really buffed up in the past 2 years. And I’m sure even if he decided to not keep that up and he lost his definition, his fans (wenees- pronounce win-eez) will support him no matter lol

He's been buff for years now. It's his lifestyle choice, which his company never stopped him from doing. Shortly after debuting in Monsta X he started exercising even more and got himself a personal-trainer friend who taught him everything he needed to do. Then one day he went on a music event with other idols who ate him up with their eyes, even if they do respect him as a skilled artist. And he said that for that reason he was planning on reducing mainly the size of his shoulders, which he did. But now he shows up a bit buffer than he was before he started reducing. He mentioned before that his side job would be being a bodybuilder, and there's a running joke that he's all about protein because he keeps mentioning it as an essential.

He left because he didn’t want his members to suffer from his “scandal” and Monbebe’s kept fighting for him everyday he was gone from the group. We’re so proud of him and his debut as a solo artist! We’re called his weenee’s and he’s under a sub-label that his old company owns too.

Wonho has been working out for awhile and he studies Nutritional Science. He was in the group MonstaX until fairly recently. Other Kpop idols would touch his arms and chest because they just couldn’t believe it. There are actually a lot of Kpop male idols that are in good shape. Trim but pretty good muscle definition. Not scrawny and weak looking slim.

This was the first Kpop song and artist I actually got into. I didn't like most of Kpop in general until I found this exact video. Then I found Monsta X, his old group, and now my band collection is up to like 12. More even than that, if you like his music, look for his vlog channel on YT, ohhoho. He has fitness videos there too. And, he's responsible for me working out again. I got the OK from my doctor that my thyroid disease was finally under control, and LITERALLY THAT DAY I found this video. The care he puts in to his physique, and the PASSION he has not only for working out, but his music, and his fans (WENEE) especially? I have a whole new life now, because of Wonho. I'll never be able to thank him enough.

Some fun facts about Wonho: 1: Despite his sexy & intimidating appearance, he's actually one of the biggest sweethearts in the industry. He's honestly a big teddy bear & we're here for it. Examples of this: Even though he's greatly afraid of heights, he tried to force himself to go bungee jumping when he was with Monsta X because he wanted to have fun with everyone. Key word being "tried" because the poor man ended up getting too scared to actually jump. He was also the one who decided to leave Monsta X even when the other members didn't want him to go. He did this because he didn't want the group's name to suffer due to false criminal charges that were brought against him. 2: He actually really likes fashion & often helps design his own stage costumes. 3: He actually has a disease the effects his muscles. Too much stimulation can really hurt him. So he had to really figure out a way to be able to still work out as much as he enjoys to without hurting himself. 4: He used to be quite small honestly. Back when Monsta X first debuted, he was nowhere near as built as he is now.

Wonho has been working out heavily since late 2016 (when he was still a member in Monsta X, he was a member until October 2019) and he has looked more or less like this for two years at least. love that in this song and video we see him dancing more, we see that he really did bulk up even more. I had 5o pause multiple times like the tight clothes, body rolls, visuals, choreo, the crop tops and see through shirt all of it was really good. I was happier when he had a jacket on with just a hint of muscle. Not a big fan of such defined abs. The song was okaaaay.... but once he was driving that wicked looking car, the song became more catchy and I was enjoying it's vibe. His fashion sense was definately on point. That’s my boy, Wonho- the buff Bunny (Monsta X thing). Monsta X is my male K pop group. He was pretty build/muscles when he was in Monsta X.. he just got bigger..
