Gravity cake design is always fascinating me. So i tested this easy design to check if I could make it. So I prepared 3 egg sponge divided in 3 different molds. This is the result covered with leftover fondant I had in different colors.
This design of each layer is super easy and I cut the bases in order to have each layer based plain surface and only simulate a bending base.
The result was a stable cake.
This kind of design can be exploited for Christmas or winter occasions as well.
