I have a similiar die to the one Kristie used, designed and made by Paper Rose - an Australian company. Robin my friend - as always your video is brilliant, but I have to say the thing that really tickled me in this one was your shout out to your followers for a 6 step recovery program for you should SU remove the black and white gingham ribbon from the next catty. Hi Robin. I have to say that I liked this layout much more than I thought I would. My favourites were the black and white stack and shuffle version -- so glad you mounted them on the grey card. Today I have been working on a Bridal Shower card for our niece. I was able to snatch one of the Shower napkins ahead of time (purple with cascading gold foil dots). It was a lot of trial and error getting the layout just how I wanted and I used Stampinup's 2 sided stick paper for the die cut letters. What a game changer that is. Thanks so much for the great tutorial. 😥🇨🇦

@@reallyrobinstamps I do! I make cards setting 1 1/4" squares from a set of DSP on a diagonal, alternating dark and light colors. I put them a a piece of card stock and trim off edges, then place this on a card. They're fun to make. I tried your sample over the weekend and love them. Thanks!!

I love these cards! When I first became interested in cardmaking, kristie marcott was the first person I found on KZbin and was blown away by her work. Wow stunning cards, I’m into the quilting theme as well.
