This drama is one I always recommend to anyone interested in following K dramas.The actors the story everything is exceptional.For the last two years I have watched nothing else. American movies and dramas are no match for the content offered by Korean actors ,directors and writers.

I have gravitated to only watching Asian dramas as well. We used to have good wholesome shows 20 to 25 years ago, but they've slowly gone down the drain and gave been replaced with this reality nonsense. I also feel that there isn't a lot of new concepts coming out from Hollywood or exploring things out of the box. I was pleasantly surprised with the show's and acting ability of the male actors(the put it all out there in emotional scenes and have me about to cry sometimes). My first drama was Itaewon Class in May 2021.

@@aliciafry4658 Don’t you find it interesting that we will sit through 9 episodes of a 16 episode drama just hoping the male and female lead will finally kiss as opposed to the sexually explicit garbage we are used to seeing. They bring back romance and emotion with exceptional writing and acting.Itaewon Class is amazing andI love Park Seo Joon. I also subscribed to Viki which is an Asian version of Netflix.There are so many good dramas on there that aren’t available on US networks.Have an amazing journey.A few suggestions:Something in The Rain,It’s Ok Not To Be Ok, Mr. Sunshine are a few .Believe me it’s a never ending journey.You will also discover that a lot of the male actors are also Idols and they are excellent actors.Enjoy

First off Woo Do Hawn is just simply GORGEOUS. He is a good actor as well. I've watched him in three dramas and I'm in the middle of watching him in My Country.

He is very gorgeous and a good actor too. Glad you are watching again. It was an excellent series but so hard. Very well acted by all. Try Hwarang after for some eye candy and lighter feel (I have a thing for Park Hyung-Sik. Not only is he beautiful but something about his voice is compelling. Good actor too!) I have a think for so many of these actors lol but some are special. I watch pretty much only Asian tv now. The men are so stunning.

Woo Do Hwan is probably my favourite Korean actor…..his voice alone is great…..not to mention he certainly is very easy on the eyes but most of all I love the emotion that he gets out of the character that he is playing. My Country was a really good production…..the quality was very good as was the script……the rest of cast were well suited to the roles that they played. I know that the Great Seducer or as it was known Temptation got a bit of flack but again he did a good job with that roll too. I think the script could have been more mature. Regardless I will look forward to more dramas with him in them.❤️‍🩹

I totally agree New Age My Country was heartbreaking but so good.He’s also in Mad Dog ,Save Me and The King Eternal Monarch. I also look for anything he is in .There are so many good actors but he’s one of the few I find unique and memorable.

Woo Dohwan is definitely in my top3 too. He's mesmerizing and I don't mean this only aesthetically. My Country cemented him as a great actor in my view, the ease with which he portrays such characters and their interior/exterior fights is whew, chef's kiss.

Woo Do Hwan is back ......I am happy 😊 Like him so much!!!!!❤️ It's not so easy for international fans to find out in what new films my favorite Korean actors are in. Unfortunately most of the time translation is then the next issue. I wish I could understand Korean.
