There is a hack not only for 1 game but you can use it everywhere that you can disconnect everyone besides yourself and that's probably what it was this time and in your case in your game aswell. Tho it's not common, it has been used before on league and i've seen it myself on some other games aswell.

I had to check that clip where all players got disconnected. We had that game before. The computer shop had an unstable connections. That was a custom game. However the funny twist, the only player that still connected is not yet used to playing lol so technically, he carried and won the game.

I have played nunu when my team was behind (while he had that glorious 30% winrate, I was determined to show he wasn’t that bad) and while my top laner was 0 and 7, and my bot lane was behind, while mid lane was slightly behind. I managed to carry my team against all odds and we came out victorious. The fine print was I built full AP (every game boi) and could do a good half health snowball and use my w for extra peel and such.
