Hi Mike! Great video dear friend! I have to try doing some of those Christmas Men some time LOL! I enjoyed the intro very much! I can't tell you how many times I have to make an intro sometimes, particularly in English! But also in Spanish, there are times when you just do not get it right no matter what! Thanks the heavens for editing! LOL! I loved the Snowman, very nice touch with the padauk nose and the white splashing with the brush. So, finally got to turn some padauk or padouk, how did you like it, did you see how nice it comes out of the tool? Good luck in the challenge! I still have to make an entry, I am traveling and will be kind of short of time, let's see. Cheers! Daniel PD. The symposium page looks better and better! Cheers again! Daniel

Great video Mike. How did you turn the buttons? Was it a similar process to the nose?
@MikeWaldt9 жыл бұрын
+Stephen Delaney Thanks Stephen, that annoyed me that I messed up with the camera. I chucked up a piece of African Blackwood, about 5" long and about 1" square, and turned the buttons working down the blank toward the headstock, parting off the button when complete, then working down the blank. Hope I explained that OK ;) Take care Mike

Christmas Man sounds like a great horror movie character. Goes around empty-ish mall parking lots stabbing people with a sharpened jumbo candy cane.
