I love how they pack up like that. My coach is always like “ya’ll need to pack up, we’ve got 3 sub 17 guys, two 16:20 guys and a guy that is close to running a sub 16, and a 15:30 guy, pack up ya’ll!”

Running as group is really unique in that it allows the team to hold everyone very accountable as well as dividing up the workload. If you’ve got people around the same fitness, pack up.

Running in this race was surreal, I finished 50 seconds after Leo, absolutely insane atmosphere and it’s crazy what they accomplished as a group, just absolute insane, big props to you two!

Great video L&L just celebrated my 28th bday today with college buddies I haven't seen in a long time. My primary rival Jr who I met in college who was my rival, since Apr 4, 2019 is moving to Northern CA next month. Next month will be a busy month for me, and I will find out who is my new primary rival after I see which rival wins the epic Dave and Busters Arcade Games Challenge. Before my Primary Rival Jr was Cameron my long time high school who was my Primary Rival at the time. I can't wait to watch L&L compete at NXN or Foot Locker this year. Going to be epic.

@Lalo Rios I’d recommend some interval workouts, steady states, and tempo runs early season. Late season I would taper a bit and switch to more anaerobic work like 400m repeats or something of that sort for speed.
