What happened to Uncle Jim's Homestead I know you have the boss of the swamp it's too bad you didn't have both of them going I know it's a lot of work I think Uncle Jim's Homestead would be good for more technical stuff thank you for your time putting these videos together God bless you

This is why the coal burning kitchen stoves are better, less soot . As to the smoke around your plates. An old timer trick is to put a little furnace cement around each opening, sprinkle soot on the cement (stops the plates from sticking) and press the plates in place. This makes a better seal and each plate is still removable for cooking

This video helps greatly!!! I have one of these stoves hooked up in my cabin but was to afraid to try it... our cabin has two wood stoves and we heat with the other one..

Thank you! I cannot find your cooking tips and need to learn how to heat the stove to heat the water bin on the left. The stove had play sand put over the oven. Do you know anything that can help me learn more? Thanks, Sally

Great video. Thank you. Do you know anything about a "Comstock-Castle Economy" wood cook stove. I bought one years ago and have not used it yet and can find nothing on it...AND I HAVE SEARCHED FOR INFORMATION. Again, love the videos.
