For the letters can you like print pictures from your phone using glossy full sheet adhesive paper without smearing

You get it in any art store. In US, it is available in Michael's, Hobby lobby..not sure about where in India..but any art store should have it. Also Amazon.

Sorry for the late reply..just got to see this message.size of the picture depends on the width of your wooden letter( here I used wallet size pictures and some pictures one size above that)..First purchase your wooden letter and then take pictures printout( start from smallest size), so that you can see if the pictures fit your wood. Instead of mod podge, try Elmer's Glue.. I have never tried it personally though..

The wooden letter I have used here is 10.5". The size of the pictures should be less than the width of your wooden letter..the size of the pictures I used here was wallet size pictures and very few pictures were next bigger size to the wallet size.
