Great haul! I'm definitely going to check out Sherwood Toys. That set looks so stinkin' cute! Also, for what it's worth, I have several Green Elephant pieces and I love them. As you said, not everyone can afford the higher price point. We have the rainbow and rainbow semi-circles from them along with the rainbow houses. My daughter loves them. I also purchased their version of the Lola set during their Easter sale that I am saving for my daughter's Christmas gift. Almost everything I have on her Christmas list so far is a Green Elephant item. I also plan on getting her the lucite cubs with some of those blocks to play with them! And yes, always post toy hauls! You always find and share the most unique pieces. Your older son is about a year older than my daughter and your youngest is 2 months older than my youngest, so I find myself watching your videos around the holidays for inspiration!

For what age would you recommend those Bauspiel (or dupes) lucent blocks and their matching wooden blocks? I watched lots of your videos from different years and I got disoriented about your children’s age :) Thank you!

Love your videos! I’m curious about a few things: how do you keep your two kids occupied with their own toys? Does your oldest try to play with your baby’s toys or does he play independently with his own for the most part? How has the age difference been regarding toys in general?

He will sometimes look at the baby’s toys but I don’t mind. We have a large play mat in the playroom which is the “baby corner”. If he wants to see the baby toys the only rule is that they must stay on the mat, and not be taken elsewhere. The other rule is that none of his toys are to be brought to the baby mat either. It hasn’t really been an issue. I just put a desk in the playroom for him to work independently if he doesn’t want the baby to interfere with what he’s working on. My baby isn’t mobile right now so we haven’t really tested this yet.
