As another GW2 player trying out FF14, just wanted to say that I've been really enjoying your playthrough! Your interactions with chat really help me to understand some of the details I might have missed the first time around. I haven't managed to catch up to you in the MSQ so I usually can't watch the streams live, but I really enjoy putting on the vods in the background while I play FF14 myself.

5:45:00 I don't know if someone has told you in the meantime WP, but if you highlight your entire VoD on twitch they will stay up forever. It's usually what people do if they want to archive on twitch. Just make a highlight of the entire VoD. The autogenerated VoDs get deleted after a certain time, but the highlights won't.
