Nice tool. Putting that beautiful walnut in that lack luster alcove was putting perfume on a pig.

I definitely could have used this when making some floating shelves in the corner of our kitchen!

Wish it wasn’t $200, but perfection does come at a price.

Try $270 plus shipping. I’m done with WP. I have many, many thousands in their products. Foolish. Done.
@bestyoutubernonegraternumber110 ай бұрын
That is actually super affordable for a tool of this use & construction it takes to make one.
@bestyoutubernonegraternumber110 ай бұрын
@@BeaulieuToddIt is not foolish at all. It costs a lot to make these tools, bud. You go back to Home Depot & buy Chinese imported stuff with far less accuracy & quality, I guess. Even the so called American power tools in Home Depot or lowes are Chinese. You get festool or you pay china. Same thing with WP tools.

Wish granted. It's now $300 plus shipping.

Just buy a 3d printer and print it and all of their other tools for cents XD

Unfortunately this isn’t going to work for everything. On older houses, you’re going to be dealing with 3 sides that you might have to scribe as well. I’d love to see a version of this with some sort of scribe that you can adjust or replace, similar to a contour gauge or one of those adjustable curves. That would be sick

I was wondering if if it should have a bigger radius in the corner. In your video, you had a smashed the drywall a little bit in the corners. Great video.

I made a couple of these and sold them to flooring installer guys. 3 pieces of MDF, the 2 outside pieces had rounded corners, to fit into tight spots like you described.

Look like a handy tool but you should trim out the rest of the closet.

The wife and I were both thinking the same thing, but with 3 kids at home it’s hard to find time to do so. I will get around to it eventually.

If it went on sale for 150ish I'd get it but $230 pretax/shipping its just too much guys. I used to understand some of their pricing but they just want more and more each year

A jig you can easily make but it will never come close to quality and durability of Woodpeckers. If you DIY it, you've saved yourself $200, minus your work, so lets say $150 saved Just making one staircase you will probably pay off the tool itself and have the jig for a lifetime.

It's important to post videos of the stairs and shelves you've made yourself when you counterpoint someone else's hard work.
