The more I watch these videos, the more enthusiastic I become about turning wood. This man is an ARTIST. As I viewed this video, I noticed only a small number of turning tools on the wooden rack above the lathe. This tells me I don’t need a large assortment of turning tools to accomplish making something beautiful. The only limiting factor is the lack of creativeness. Thank you for the great video. To me it is an inspiration. Maybe, just maybe, I will get there someday to make something beautiful as your wood turnings.

You don't need a large assortment of tools. A few well made ones will do. A skew, a bowl gouge, a roughing gouge a scraper and a parting tool are all you need

Gorgeous. There’s a breed of horse, sorry, can’t remember the name, but it’s coat gleams golden in the sun. Reminds me of that birch, and how it gleams so beautifully.

Hi Felix, thank you for watching. I'm not sure that I understand your question. Can you re-phrase? Either that, or you can ask me in your native language and I can put it through Google Trans. Thanks, Dan
