That's a beautiful set of bowls, a real treasure! The colors of the wood and bark are like turquoise and antique silver to me. Exquisite!

thanks, i know some don’t like to add color to a piece, but sometimes it just makes things a bit more interesting

Hi Frank, What do you like to use to thicken the epoxy? I know of fumed silica but not sure if that is flexible enough for this application.

the only epoxy thickener I have ever used is one produced by System3 , called microspheres

thanks, yes colored pieces are not for everyone but for some reason they just sell way better than the plain wood ones.
