Yep, the clear sealer does wonders for epoxy resin. Even if you and it, it will clear it up.

Nice to see you coat each sheet in resin. I've seen alot of projects online of people layering things thinking the resin will just penetrate on its own. It never does and the projects separate.

I was SO disappointed when you said you were leaving it a cylinder... it looked so PLAIN despite the colors, I was certain you were making a mistake, but no.... a few little curves later and POOF! I haven't watched this videoyet, but I had an idea for an egg... or a line of them. Take a thick board of a nice wood with pretty grain, rough it up a bit with a hammer or claw tool then torch it!! Burn it until it gets that deep crocodile texture. Now you can cut it up into rounds to make eggs from. Maybe dust it with mica, and a thin layer of resin first to seal it. I think it might make some pretty eggs, especially if you use a wood that is either really, really light colored, to contrast with the burn, or something with a rich red color, or spalted, or something interesting like crotch wood.😀
