I was splitting some logs for firewood, thought this piece would make a nice bowl. Made from Elm and finished with acrylic varnish.

Hello Martin, very well done, this work. And it is a beautiful kind and a nice piece of wood. It is a simple kind of turning, but a great Woodturner in southern Germany says: „ Sometimes it is harder to make simple things perfect than to make complicated things appear perfect! „ appearances are often deceptive. Many greetings from northern Germany, keep it up, take care of yourself and stay healthy.
