Kinda weird how the Clarinet is listed before the Oboe when it technically is the deeper instrument of the two (though it can go a tiny bit higher than the Oboe can)

When you say “flute thingys”, do you mean _woodwinds,_ the name of this family of instruments? Or are you talking about parts of the _flute_ specifically? It really varies person to person, some people may find an oboe more difficult and some may find a clarinet more difficult
