Face first, edge second,width third, thickness fourth then shoot the ends last. This might sound pissy but its much easier and quicker to reference an edge off a face rather than the other way round.

You are absolutely correct. Not sure if you noticed but I had one face already planed which I took the edge square reference off. Next video deals with planing the reverse, rough sawn face, the last video, which is already unloaded. The ends are trued with a Block Plane. Planed in the right order, but not released in sequence. Thanks for the reminder though, I'm sure others will find it helpful as well. Cheers Steve
