Great interview, George! Woody is such a down-to-earth person and George's style brought out the best in him. I have seen Woody 'shut-down' on interviewers who ask cliche questions, he opened up with Strombo as if they were old friends. Bravo.

that's what makes George so awesome. To him it's more of a meaingful conversation than an "interview."

''I don't do anything rapid fire.'' Haha, what a great quote from him. I thought George was maybe pushing him a bit too hard at times (particularly towards the last 5 minutes with some very heavy questions), but that is likely the best interview I've seen with him. And dang leading up to heavier questions Woody did get in a lot of fun jokes humorous twists of the moment playing off the energy of the interviewer. My favorite comedy of his is still Kingpin (1996). I feel like it's kinda underrated. Yeah a certain amount of people know about it and yet it doesn't get talked about as much Dumb And Dumber or There's Something About Mary. Honestly it's my favorite of those three (not that their way behind) Farrelly Brothers movies.

At "CHEERS" most of the people at that time thought: What a stupid guy. But you need to be very intelligent to play a role like this one. Look at him now. He has survived most off all the others. Congratulations, Woody. I am a big Fan of yours. Gon on with the way you are. You will always be a winner. Greetings from german Jo

Yeah, the raw food diet is no joke friends. We can all miss out on a lot toxins and very sludgey gunk that we'd otherwise be consuming. Of course not being perfect, I haven't yet abandoned all of that gunk cuz I like pizza sometimes ; ) But I do eat a lot of fresh produce myself. I almost always feel better after doing so. In fact I now usually try to follow up some heavier, not so healthy meal with a few of those petite or baby carrots. In general sweet potatoes (minus all the marshmallows and extra gunk that restaurants dump on them) are actually great for your stomach and overall health. I say in general, I eat them in moderation and balance as they still have carbs and some sugar. But they contain a ton of minerals and vitamins (eat them with the skin on that's where part of the benefits are). And my guts are always happy after eating them. Some butter on them is fine, I also love cinnamon on them. Or you can try melting some no sugar (the word sweet is already in their name) chocolate on them as a occasional indulgence. They've got plant based sweetened chocolate that's great. And if you really like the flavor of chocolate over the ton of sugar conventional chocolate has you'll like it even better. With plant sweetened foods in general I like the trio of monk fruit, erythritol and stevia blended together. Stevia by itself can be lacking sometimes, but it also depends on what it's combined with. Plenty of companies are using at least two of those together and getting better all the time at crafting tasty sweets without sugar, or garage like aspartame (can't believe it's still used and widely, check your labels) that kills the healthy and needed bacteria in your stomach. But yeah eating some carrots (for example) can help to soothe and cool everything that just came before them. That's not the only thing I use after a heavy meal, but it definitely helps and it has mild and fresh cooling affect that just feels right. Too many of those typical heavy foods usually leave me feeling at least halfway towards garbage (especially if I'm not careful how I go about it). I also use digestive enzymes (use one that has probiotics already in it for a best of both worlds). And take in advance a natural antacid like Acidil (it's homeopathic and easier on your system than the famous brands). While I was having stomach issues yet again (this was a while back now) I learned that those conventional very easy to find brands can easily cause ''leaky gut syndrome''. That means they punch microscopic holes in your intestinal lining. So yeah their really quite doing the job you've been expecting them to. At least that was my experience and I haven't used those now for over ten years. I just get the Acidil (or at least an equivalent kind of product) at your local health food stores and groceries. They often have coupons for it on the store shelf. But yeah as an alternative if I'm out of that I've taken a ginger root supplement. That I definitely take if I'm gonna have a full stomach (a certain amount of carbs), if I'm only eating something with a lot of fat and sugar I feel the warming sensation it can cause more than I like. But this might not bother the average person, especially if they really like and can handle spicy foods. Ginger root has a bevy of health benefits and of course is great to eat in various dishes. I've had many a so so or bland Chinese dishes that were rescued easily by ginger. I also really liked the Maty's Acid Indigestion Relief (has a blend of ginger root, turmeric, apple cider vinger and also clove and coriander). I used to find it at wally world (you know that huge dominating company), but they've since taken it off their shelves after several years being on them. I've seen that brand at a couple other places, but not that specific product. I believe you can still order it online. Those have been my favorite stomach helpers as let's be honest many of us are not so likely to go full raw food diet. We need our at least occasional indulgences. I do believe you gotta be aware of how much gunk your putting into your body. And how that clogs up your arteries the older you get and the more frequently you indulge it. That stuff it just doesn't flow like natural foods that break down properly, not to mention have various amounts of water already in them to help facilitate it passing much easier through your system. I recently learned your intestinal tract can get dehydrated. So we have yet another reason to keep up on our water take. We can do some of that also with herbal teas and non-alcoholic beers won't work against you. Caffeine and sugar will both work against dehydrating you (so I don't drink the non herbal teas anymore, but caffeine leaves me jittery anyway). But in moderation a near beer/non alcoholic isn't gonna throw your body into ruin. My favorite has just 4 grams per bottle, that's nothing compared the average 40 to 50 grams in a soda (who some rightfully nickname it ''poison water''). My favorite brew is the fairly new Heineken 0.0 it tastes better actually than a ton of different beers I've had in my life. It's got some hops bite to it, it's not all malt like some others. Clausthaler's dry hopped is another great one, it also has balance and some bite to it. It's actually rapidly growing market as more people have been wanting/needing it. And I get it that people have cravings. And with the NA beers you can get the extra heath benefits that are at least partly negated by the alcohol of regular beers. So it's great that more and more options are becoming available. So back to your gut health (as it's really at least near the top of all health related things and important to care for it). I've found over and over it does make a difference in the order that you eat your foods. If your gonna eat something unhealthy I always prep with something healthier first. It's simple and quick if you've already got it into fridge. After all so many healthy foods breakdown easily and don't leave you full so you'll still have plenty of space in your tummy for pizza after snacking some carrots, celery, lettuce tomatoes, or any water dense produce your ok with eating before such meal. You may have noticed I just listed most of stuff that's in a classic, basic salad. Yeah it's no accident that so many pizza places have salad bars (or at least available on their menus). It's a great combo, of course I'll mess it up sometimes by using bleu cheese dressing. Ha, but it's still better than not eating that salad at all. It's work in progress, cheers!

The fullness of truth is in Christ and his Holy Catholic church. Not Yoga, not anywhere else. Yoga, purely for exercise, fine. Spirituality? No. Woody...news flash. We are all made spirit and matter composites. You are just stating the obvious of what already is...but Spirituality is not a goal. Salvation is.
