Woody made a move that should have been made due to wins & losses record to date with Saleh which was not acceptable. Now the onus is on Ulbrich to due a deep dive on both Offense which is the first priority then on Defense. For offense, the play calling is predictable with a lack of running back screens, sweeps, and pass outlets against blitzes which are being employed more often by opposing teams. On defense with the talent, they have to be more aggressive calls such run blitzes, and more man to man instead of zones need to be employed. D must set the tone and not react.

Whether or not Nat Hackett is "good" or "bad" the burden to improve falls on the HC. Whether it's Hackett's fault, Aaron's fault, or the ball boy's fault, the Head Coach is the one who needed to fix it. He kept his job in the offseason because he swore time and time again that we were simply a QB away, yet here we are 5 games in with an inept offense and "QB issues". The only downside I feel to this is that we just shook up our defense and pulled their leader away as if there could be no downside to it. The D is the backbone of this team and now the one sure side of the ball has a fracture in it that isnt easy to just plug up. Hope Brick can find a way to deletate enough of the gameday routine to still be arm in arm with the Defense
