I doubt you’ll see this Tucker but I have a herniated disc/disc bulge and an Annular tear on the disk and the pain came on the same way you described. I did it to the part of the skeleton which normally sends pain down your leg which is called sciatica. I also ran/fast walked daily. I highly recommend getting a MRI if the pain doesn’t improve as what can happen is if you’re like me, you have a bulge, but not big enough to be pushing on the nerves going down into your legs. So it can be hard to diagnose. Get seen man! I’m 10 months into the injury and have slowly started to get better. I can bend over for about 20 mins a day now instead of never. It’s a time heals all thing but inversion table, core strength training can help it (if you have a bulge) take care

With regards to the masks, their main purpose is to stop droplets as opposed to aerosols, which is what vape is analogous to in terms of size. As the guys said it still helps with aerosols, but only an n95 etc will stop them completely
